Every piece is made to the parameters you choose: shape, size, material, color, text or logo.

Exception from the right of withdrawal

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are an exception from the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)); similar rules exist in other countries. This means a made-to-order piece usually cannot be returned just because you changed your mind.

To check with a lawyer: whether every product (including standard shapes without text or logo) falls under this exception, how to inform the customer before payment, and the rules for the US states and Ukraine.

Damaged or not as designed

If a piece arrives damaged or differs from the approved design beyond normal handmade variation, write to us within [N] days of delivery with photos. We will remake it or refund you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge until production starts. After that we may keep the cost of the mold and materials already used. [Exact terms — to be set by the owner.]
