What we collect

Designs you build (parameters, text, uploaded logo outlines); your email if you sign in; your cart and orders; technical logs (IP address, browser) kept for security and limited in time.

We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers.

Why

To show the 3D preview, keep your designs and cart, make and deliver your order, answer your messages and protect the service from abuse. Legal bases (GDPR): performing the contract, your consent for saving designs, and our legitimate interest in security.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie when you sign in and your browser's local storage for your draft design and device settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Logos and images

An uploaded logo is converted to an outline. If you are not signed in, the outline is kept up to 30 days and linked to a hash of your address, not to your name.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [contact email]. EU residents can also complain to their data protection authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

Retention

Designs and the cart are kept until you delete them or your account; orders are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.
