Is the 3D preview what I will actually get?
The preview is built from the same geometry we use to make the mold, so shape and size match. Colors and surfaces on screen are approximate: handmade pieces vary slightly.
Can I put my logo or a name on it?
Yes, for most shapes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or SVG logo or type up to two lines of text. It becomes a raised or engraved relief. A maker checks that you can use the logo.
Why can't I make the size I want?
Each knob stops where the piece can still be made: it has to fit our printer, come out of the mold and hold its shape. If you need something outside the range, write to us.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the shape, size, material and quantity. The maker confirms the price and timing after checking your design — you don't pay anything before that.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product and the quantity. The maker confirms the date when the design is approved.
Do you ship to my country?
We are setting up shipping for the US and the EU. Add your design to the cart and we will confirm delivery options for your address.
Can I return a custom piece?
Pieces made to your parameters are usually excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. If something arrives damaged or not as designed, we fix it. See Returns for details.
I'm in Ukraine. Can I order through Telegram?
